Our volunteer carpenters, craftsmen and artisans are constantly at work on projects to support our operational programming. Throughout the work, we offer volunteers the opportunity to work alongside us, and learn about the fine art of wooden boatbuilding and repair. Current projects include: 24-foot Launch, the “Frigate’s Boat” New Construction. WINTER ‘09—26’ Whaleboat, overhaul, restoration and fitting out for continued naval service.
